Pen Servicing

We are able to provide an after-sales pen repair service for Caran d'Ache, Pelikan, Graf von Faber-Castell, Faber-Castell, S.T Dupont, Tombow, Hugo Boss and Platinum.

If you would like your pen assessed for repair, there is a service charge payable by credit card. The advance payment is as follows:

  • Faber-Castell, Tombow and Platinum £15
  • Caran d'Ache, Graf von Faber-Castell, S.T. Dupont, Pelikan and Hugo Boss £20

Please enclose a note explaining the issue and please include your contact details and return address.

Should you wish to pay the service charge by credit card, please call 01732 771771 to make payment. Alternatively, if you would like to pay by PayPal, please send payment using email marketing@stonegift.com . We recommend you send your pen by either recorded or special delivery post so that it is suitably insured if lost en route.

In the event that any chargeable work is necessary a member of the Stone Marketing Team will contact you to seek authorisation/approval prior to any work being carried out. Every endeavour is made to return your pen, which is serviced/repaired in the UK back to you within 5-10 working days. However, on some occasions it is necessary to return pens to the manufacturer. In this event we ask that you allow 6 weeks. (Please note in the current COVID climate, it can take up to 8 weeks).
